Staff 360, formerly OBI Recruitment, is a family company and amalgamation of three specialist divisions:

  • Outback Industrial: Domestic recruitment for Mining, Industrial & Construction.
  • Outback International: Domestic recruitment for Agriculture.
  • Global Staff Solutions: International recruitment all industries.

We consolidated our services under one banner in 2011, bringing together 25 years of unrivalled industry experience. Staff 360 is proud of its roots in the heart of Australia’s agricultural sector and has expanded over the years to provide a variety of recruitment services to these sectors.
